Improvements

• add debug messages on scene load: There are situation where loading a scene stays stuck or errors. By default, no message is printed in the console. But by adding ?debugLoadProgress=1 to the url, helpful messages will be displayed, showing which node has completed its task and which node is still being waited for.

• cop/SDFExporter: add fileName param
