Improvements

• sop/CADFileSTEP and sop/CADTriangulate: further improvements to triangulation which could run out of memory. It is now possible to load .STEP files which generate millions of triangles. That said, loading those files can still take 30+ seconds, so it is recommended to tweak the default triangulation settings (either via the sop/CADTriangulate node, or via the CAD parameters on the obj/geo node)
